I have been a classroom teacher for 21 years, 19 of those years have been at South Columbia. My experience has been in kindergarten, second grade, and third grade. This will be my third year as an EIP teacher. I love having the opportunity to work with students from multiple grade levels all in one school day! Let me tell you a little about my background. I grew up in Gwinnett County, Georgia and then moved to Evans, Georgia when I married my husband. I received an associates and bachelor degree in education from Young Harris College and UGA. I later went on to pursue a master's degree from Lesley University and a specialist degree in administration/leadership from Cambridge Universtity. I have two children who attend Columbia County Schools. They are enjoying their 8th grade and senior years. I can not wait to see what this year has in store for me!
